Laws and Rules. Contractor shall comply with all applicable state, federal, or local laws, regulations, rules, or any other sources of authority, including, but not limited to, court orders, administrative rulings and the following: a. Wage, Hour, Safety, and Health Laws. Contractor shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 294 U.S.C. 201 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. 651, et seq., the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act, RCW 49.17, and any other state or federal laws applicable to wage, hours, safety, or health standards.
