Common use of Laws Applicable to the Client Clause in Contracts

Laws Applicable to the Client. Except as specifically set forth in the Services Schedule, the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for compliance by the Client with any Laws applicable to the Client; and, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for compliance by the Client or the Service Provider with the Laws of any jurisdiction other than those governing this Agreement.

Laws Applicable to the Client. Except as specifically set forth in the Services Schedule, the The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for compliance by the Client with any Laws applicable to the Client; and, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for (i) monitoring or ensuring that the Client’s Policies and Procedures reflect the requirements of applicable Law or (ii) compliance by the Client or the Service Provider with the Laws of any jurisdiction other than those governing this Agreement.
