Laws; Court Orders. No Law shall have been enacted or promulgated by any Governmental Entity of competent jurisdiction which prohibits or makes illegal the consummation of the Transactions, and there shall be no order or injunction of a court of competent jurisdiction in effect preventing the consummation of the Transactions.
