Laws, Rules and Regulations. Employer represents, warrants and agrees that it shall perform this Contract in compliance with all applicable federal and State of Florida laws, rules and regulation now existing or hereafter enacted or promulgated. Official publication of such law, rules and regulations shall be deemed to be sufficient notice to Employer.
