LC Credit Extensions. The related Facility Agent for an LC Issuer shall promptly notify such LC Issuer and Lenders in its Lender Group of the request by the Borrower for an LC Credit Extension hereunder, and shall provide the related LC Issuer with the applicable Letter of Credit Application delivered to Administrative Agent and the applicable Facility Agent by the Borrower pursuant to clause (b) above, by the close of business on the day received or if received on a day that is not a Business Day or on any Business Day after 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such day, on the next Business Day.
