Common use of LC Issuer Reports Clause in Contracts

LC Issuer Reports. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each LC Issuer shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent (i) on or prior to each Business Day on which such LC Issuer issues, amends, renews or extends any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the Class, currency and aggregate face amount of the Letters of Credit issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (and whether the amount thereof shall have changed), it being agreed that such LC Issuer shall not effect any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit without first obtaining confirmation from the Administrative Agent that such increase is then permitted under this Agreement, (ii) on each Business Day on which such LC Issuer makes any LC Disbursement, the Class of such LC Disbursement and the date and amount of such LC Disbursement, (iii) on any Business Day on which a Borrower fails to reimburse an LC Disbursement required to be reimbursed to such LC Issuer on such day, the date of such failure and the Class and amount of such LC Disbursement and (iv) on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request as to the Letters of Credit issued by such LC Issuer; provided that no such report shall be required if the LC Issuer or its Affiliate is also acting as the Administrative Agent.
