Lead Agents. (a) Lead Agents shall be responsible for directing the work of others while performing similar work. The duties of the employees will vary according to the work location. They shall have a general responsibility for work standards, instruction and direction of the employees for whom they are the lead. Leads shall not be required to carry out formal discipline of employees covered by this Agreement.
