Lead Arranger; Syndication Agent. The Lead Arranger and the Syndication Agent shall have no duties or obligations under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents in their respective capacities as Lead Arranger and Syndication Agent, as the case may be.
Lead Arranger; Syndication Agent. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, no Person who is or becomes a Lead Arranger or a Syndication shall have any powers, rights, duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
