Lead Company Representative Clause Samples

Lead Company Representative. The lead representative of Company (the “Lead Company Representative”) shall be the direct contact between Company and Manager and the Lead Manager Representative on all issues relating to the performance of the Services for the Project and any related issues pursuant to the terms of this Agreement through which Company must communicate with Manager or related to any matter by which Manager needs to communicate with Company. The initial Lead Company Representative shall be as set forth on Schedule A and may be changed at the sole discretion of Company from time to time upon written notice to Manager.
