By signing this Lease, Tenant represents and agrees that Landlord has provided Tenant with such information, including, but not limited to the EPA Booklet Entitled Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home, Disclosure of Information on Lead-Based Paint and Lead-Based Paint Hazards, and San Francisco Lead Hazard Notice for Pxx-0000 Xxxxxxxxx.
