Lead Wine Stewards. Effective Sunday following October 30, 2005, when the Employer determines a need for or replacement of a Wine ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in a store, the Employer will review all requests on file, along with any other qualified candidates, and the decision will be made based upon ability, seniority, and the needs of the business. The Wine ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be required to manage the wine area of the store, including ordering product and managing wine inventories. The Wine ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must be knowledgeable in wine products, communicate with customers, and sell products. The Union and the Employer will mutually agree on any rate of pay above the existing full-time scale.
