Learning Disability Specialist. A Learning Disability Specialist is employed for a basic workweek of thirty-five (35) hours to perform assigned professional duties. Each Learning Disability Specialist shall have six (6) preparation hours each week exclusive of class and class preparation time during which he/she shall not be responsible for student appointments.
