Common use of Lease Amendments Clause in Contracts

Lease Amendments. As a condition to the closing of the refunding transaction, Lessee and Owner Trustee will amend the Lease, as contemplated by Section 3.2.1(b) of the Lease, to provide that (a) Basic Rent in respect of the period from and after the Refunding Date shall be as provided in the Refunding Information and (b) amounts payable in respect of Stipulated Loss Value and Termination Value, from and after the Refunding Date shall be as provided in the Refunding Information.

Lease Amendments. As a condition to the closing of the refunding transaction, Lessee and Owner Trustee will amend the Lease, as contemplated by Section 3.2.1(b) of the Lease, to provide that (a) Basic Rent in respect of the period from and after the Refunding Date shall be as provided in the Refunding Information and (b) amounts payable in respect of Stipulated Loss Value and Termination ValueValue and, if applicable, the EBO Price and the EBO Date, from and after the Refunding Date shall be as provided in the Refunding Information.
