If an Event of Default occurs and Lessee has filed or has had filed against it a petition in bankruptcy or for reorganization or other relief pursuant to the federal bankruptcy code, Lessee shall promptly move the court presiding over the proceeding to assume this Lease pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §365, without seeking an extension of the time to file said motion.
