Common use of Lease-Backs Clause in Contracts

Lease-Backs. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement and the Sale-Leaseback Transaction on market terms involving the Assets located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, enter into, or permit any of its Subsidiaries (other than Exempt Immaterial Subsidiaries) to enter into, any arrangement, directly or indirectly, with any Person whereby any such Loan Party or such Subsidiary shall sell or transfer any property, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, and whereby any such Loan Party or such Subsidiary shall then or thereafter rent or lease as lessee such property or any part thereof or other property which such Loan Party intends to use for substantially the same purpose or purposes as the property sold or transferred.
