Common use of Lease Binding on Successors and Assigns, Etc Clause in Contracts

Lease Binding on Successors and Assigns, Etc. Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, all covenants, agreements, provisions, terms and conditions of this Lease shall bind and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors in interest and assigns as well as grantees of Landlord, and shall run with the land. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all rights of Tenant under this Lease may be granted by Tenant to any permitted sublessee of Tenant, subject to the terms of this Lease.
