Common use of LEASE COMMENCEMENT DATE AND LEASE TERM Clause in Contracts

LEASE COMMENCEMENT DATE AND LEASE TERM. The term of this Lease shall begin on the Lease Commencement Date, as set forth in Article 1 (the “Lease Commencement Date”). Promptly upon request by the other after the Lease Commencement Date has occurred, Landlord and Tenant agree to execute and deliver a Lease Commencement Date Certificate in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
