Lease condition precedent duly executed by the Lessor evidencing the satisfaction or waiver on terms satisfactory to the Lessor of all corresponding conditions precedent required to be satisfied by the Lessee under the Lease in respect of the payment of the applicable Subsequent Instalment; and
Lease condition precedent. Seller's obligation to consummate the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and to perform on the Closing Date shall be expressly conditioned upon the completion and execution by the parties of a lease agreement for the Property, in form and content acceptable to Seller, which lease agreement must be executed at or prior to the Closing Date, and must become effective immediately upon the close of escrow (the "Lease").
