LEASE CONSTRUCTION. This lease shall be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of New Jersey.

The terms, covenants and conditions of the within Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto, their respective executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns, as the case may be. The neuter gender, when used herein, shall include all persons and corporations and words used in the singular, shall include words in the plural where the text of the instrument so requires.
LEASE CONSTRUCTION. The parties hereto participated jointly in the preparation of this Lease, and each party has had the opportunity to obtain the advice of legal counsel and to review, comment upon and redraft this Lease. Accordingly, it is agreed that no rule of construction shall apply against any party or in favor of any party. This Lease shall be construed as if the parties jointly prepared it, and any uncertainty or ambiguities shall not be interpreted against any one party and in favor of the other.
LEASE CONSTRUCTION i. Contractor will remove Albpetrol’s xxxxxxx and equipment to Albpetrol’s designated location within the Contract Area at Contractor's cost when the well is being taken over for production operations and not in situation where it is taken over only for suspension of Albpetrol’s operations within designated reservoir area or for monitoring purposes.
ii. Contractor will remove contamination to Albpetrol’s designated contaminated soil site at Contractor's cost. Environmental Damages for removed material remains with Albpetrol as being a pre-existing condition.
iii. Contractor may request Albpetrol to carry out removal of contaminated soils, removal of xxxxxxx and equipment and possibly construction of new lease. Such requests will be made through a Request For Services (“RFS”) and be carried out in accordance with an agreed Service Agreement.
iv. Contractor will reconstruct lease to its standards and as per Environmental permit and regulations.

LEASE CONSTRUCTION. This Lease shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Property are located.
LEASE CONSTRUCTION. The parties agree that the interpretation, application and construction of this Lease shall in no way take into consideration the fact that this Lease was drafted by for, or on behalf of either party; both parties having had full opportunity to seek the advice of counsel.
LEASE CONSTRUCTION. It is also understood and agreed that the terms "Lessor" and 'Lessee" and verbs and pronouns in the singular number are uniformly used throughout this lease regardless of gender, number or fact of incorporation of the parties hereto. The typewritten riders or supplemental provisions, if any, attached or added hereto are made a part of this lease by reference. It is further mutually agreed that no waiver by Lessor of a breach by Lessee of any covenant or condition of this lease shall be construed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other covenant or condition.
LEASE CONSTRUCTION. This Lease shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. In the event that any provisions of this Lease are legally unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in effect. Any questions of particular interpretation shall be interpreted as to their fair meaning.
