LEASE CONSTRUCTION. This Lease shall be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of New Jersey. The terms, covenants and conditions of the within Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto, their respective executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns, as the case may be. The neuter gender, when used herein, shall include all persons and corporations and words used in the singular, shall include words in the plural where the text of the instrument so requires.
