Common use of Lease Controls Over REA Clause in Contracts

Lease Controls Over REA. As between Landlord and Tenant, the terms and provisions of this Lease shall control notwithstanding any conflict with the provisions of the REA. Tenant shall be fully liable for the performance of all obligations under the REA in accordance with all of the terms and provisions thereof, to the extent that Tenant has expressly assumed responsibility for the performance of any such obligations under the terms of this Lease. Landlord is and shall remain fully liable for the performance of all of Landlord's obligations under the REA in accordance with all of the terms and provisions thereof, to the extent that Tenant has not expressly assumed responsibility for the performance of such obligations under the terms of this Lease.
