Lease Effective. The submission of this Lease by Landlord to Tenant for examination shall not be deemed to constitute an offer by Landlord or a reservation to Tenant of an option to lease, and this Lease shall become effective as a binding instrument only upon the execution and delivery thereof by both Landlord and Tenant.
