Common use of Lease Estoppel Certificates Clause in Contracts

Lease Estoppel Certificates. The Purchaser shall have received an estoppel certificate for each of the Leases as provided herein and, if required by the Purchaser's lender, subordination, attornment and nondisturbance agreements acceptable to such lender, all in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser. The Seller, at its expense, shall request and use Seller's best efforts to obtain a lease estoppel certificate from all of third parties under all of the Leases prior to Closing Date.
