LEASE EXHIBIT E Sample Clauses
The "LEASE EXHIBIT E" clause serves as a reference to an attached exhibit or appendix that forms part of a lease agreement. This exhibit typically contains additional terms, specifications, diagrams, or other relevant information that supplements the main lease document, such as a floor plan, rules and regulations, or a list of landlord and tenant responsibilities. By incorporating Exhibit E into the lease, the parties ensure that all referenced details are formally included and enforceable, thereby promoting clarity and reducing the risk of misunderstandings regarding the lease terms.
