Common use of Lease Extension Clause in Contracts

Lease Extension. Lessor and Lessee hereby agree (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5) to extend the period for which the Aircraft is leased to Lessee pursuant to the Lease from the current Expiry Date of June 25, 2002 to September 30, 2002. Accordingly, the Lease is hereby amended (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5), by deleting the words "the day preceding the day which is the 72nd monthly anniversary of the Delivery Date" in the definition of "Expiry Date" in Clause 1.1 and replacing them with the words "September 30, 2002".

Lease Extension. Lessor and Lessee hereby agree (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5) to extend the period for which the Aircraft is leased to Lessee pursuant to the Lease from the current Expiry Date of June 25to and including February 28, 2002 to September 30, 20022003. Accordingly, the Lease is hereby amended (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5), ) by deleting the words "the day preceding the day which is numerically corresponding day" through the 72nd monthly anniversary words "following an Event of the Delivery DateLoss" in the definition of "Expiry Date" in Clause 1.1 and replacing them with the words "September 30February 28, 20022003".

Lease Extension. Lessor and Lessee hereby agree (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5) to extend the period for which the Aircraft is leased to Lessee pursuant to the Lease from the current Expiry Date of June 25May 30, 2002 2001 to September 30, 2002. Accordingly, the Lease is hereby amended (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5), by deleting the words "the day preceding the day which is the 72nd 60th monthly anniversary of the Delivery Date" in the definition of "Expiry Date" in Clause 1.1 and replacing them with the words "September 30, 2002".
