LEASE INDENTURE TRUSTEE'S DISCLAIMER. The Lease Indenture Trustee or the Security Agent shall not be responsible for and makes no representation as to the validity or adequacy of this Lease Indenture or the Lessor Notes; they shall not be accountable for the Owner Lessor's use of the proceeds from the Lessor Notes or any money paid to the Owner Lessor or upon the Owner Lessor's direction under any provision of this Lease Indenture; they shall not be responsible for the use or application of any money received by any Paying Agent other than the Lease Indenture Trustee, and they shall not be responsible for any statement or recital herein or any statement in the Lessor Notes or any other document in connection with the sale of the Lessor Notes or pursuant to this Lease Indenture other than its certificate of authentication.
