LEASE IRREVOCABILITY. This Lease is irrevocable for the full terms thereof as set forth in any Schedule and for the aggregate rentals therein reserved and the rent shall not xxxxx by reason of termination of Lessee's right of possession and/or the taking of possession by the Lessor or for any other reason. Any payment not made when due shall, at the option of Lessor, bear late charges thereon calculated at the rate of 1 1/2% per month, but in no event greater than the highest rate permitted by relevant law.
