Common use of Lease is Personal Clause in Contracts

Lease is Personal. The purpose of this Lease is to transfer possession of the Leased Premises to Tenant for Tenant’s personal use in return for certain benefits, including rent, to be transferred to the Landlord. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that it has entered into this Lease in order to occupy the Leased Premises for its own personal use and not for the purpose of obtaining the right to assign or sublet the leasehold to others.
