The purpose of this Lease is to transfer possession of the Leased Premises to Lessee for Lessee's personal use in return for certain benefits, including rent, to be transferred to the Lessor. Lessee's right to assign or sublet as stated in this Article is subsidiary and incidental to the underlying purpose of this Lease. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that it has entered into this Lease in order to acquire the Leased Premises for its own personal use and not for the purpose of obtaining the right to convey the leasehold to others.
