Lessee shall pay Rent payments exclusively from legally available funds in U.S. currency to Lessor in the amounts and on the dates set forth herein, without notice or demand.
Lease Number. During the term of this Lease, Lessee shall maintain the interior of the Premises in as good a state of repair as it is at the time of the commencement of this Lease. Notwithstanding this obligation, reasonable wear and tear and unavoidable casualties are permissible.
