Lease of Manufactured Home Site Sample Clauses

Lease of Manufactured Home Site. The District hereby leases the Manufactured Home Site to the Caretaker for a fixed term of five (5) years (the “Term”) commencing on (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on (the “Expiry Date”), unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Tenancy Agreement and the provisions of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act and its regulations. If both parties agree in writing, the Expiry Date may be extended.
