Lease of Premises; Appurtenant Rights. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord, for the Term. Tenant shall be permitted access to the Building, the Premises and the Parking Garage on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis, subject to the Rules and Regulations, Force Majeure (as hereinafter defined) and Landlord’s reasonable security measures.
