Lease of Premises for Lease Term. Landlord leases the Premises to Tenant and Tenant leases the Premises from Landlord for the Lease Term. Landlord shall complete the leasehold improvements described in Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Lease Term shall begin on the Lease Commencement Date.
