Lease of Transmission Facilities to Permittee. In consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, NTI shall lease the Transmission Facilities to Permittee for a term equal to the duration of this Agreement, including any renewals.
