Common use of Lease of Undivided Interest Clause in Contracts

Lease of Undivided Interest. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Facility Lease, the Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby leases from the Lessor, the Undivided Interest.
