The CBRA program is not required to participate in the local coordinated entry process but is encouraged to partner with their local coordinated entry organization for referrals and collaboration. Grantees or their subgrantees must maintain policies and procedures around how referrals will be cultivated, accepted, and prioritized within their community. MOUs or other written documentation of referral partnerships are encouraged but not required.
