LEASE RECORDING AND PUBLIC NOTICE. 2.01 Within ninety (90) days following the receipt by Lessee of a fully executed copy of this lease, Lessee shall both record the lease in the county or counties in which the leased premises lie, and also provide a copy of the recorded lease to the Department which clearly shows the recorded reference data. Thereafter, Department shall publish at least the following information in the Pennsylvania Bulletin:
