Lease Remains In Force. We are not responsible for any delay of your occupancy caused by construction, repairs, cleaning, or a previous resident’s holding over. This Lease will remain in force subject to: (A) abatement of rent on a daily basis during delay, and (B) your right to terminate the lease in writing as set forth below.
