Lease Rent. 4.1 In consideration of the Lessor leasing the Demised Premises to the Lessee and granting the rights, privileges and benefits set forth in this Lease Deed, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor, throughout the Term, an annual lease rent of Rs. 100/- payable in advance on April 1st of every year (the “Due Date”) by cheque/demand draft drawn in favour of the Lessor (“Lease Rent”).
