Common use of Lease Sales Clause in Contracts

Lease Sales. (a) Except as provided in this Section 5.4, in Section 6.2(d) and elsewhere herein, the General Partner may sell, farm-out, abandon or otherwise dispose of any Partnership Lease, on such terms as the General Partner deems reasonable and in the best interests of the Partnership and the Limited Partner.
