Common use of Lease Supplement; Equipment Schedule Clause in Contracts

Lease Supplement; Equipment Schedule. The Lessee and the Lessor shall have delivered (i) on or prior to the Ground Lease Interest Acquisition Date, the original counterpart of the Lease Supplement executed by the Lessee and the Lessor to the Indenture Trustee and (ii) on or prior to the applicable Funding Date, a duly executed Equipment Schedule covering any Equipment, if any, being acquired with the proceeds of such Advance by the Lessor.
