Terms and Definitions The terms listed below shall have the respective meaning given them as set forth adjacent to each term.

Revised Definitions For purposes of this Agreement, and notwithstanding anything in Paragraph 2 of the SIFMA Master to the contrary, the following terms shall have the following amended and restated meanings:
Amendment of Definitions Subject to Section 2.01 hereof, the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting any definitions from the Indenture with respect to which references would be eliminated as a result of the amendments of the Indenture pursuant to Section 1.01 hereof.
Purpose and Definitions SECTION 1.1 This Plan and Trust, as evidenced hereby, and the applicable Adoption Agreement and Trust Agreement(s), are designed and intended to qualify in form as a qualified profit sharing plan and trust under the applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now in effect or hereafter amended, or any other applicable provisions of law including, without limitation, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended. Capitalized terms used herein and not defined in the Agreement (including Section 7 hereof) shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan. To the extent any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall control.
Deletion of Definitions With respect to the Securities only, the following definitions shall be deleted in their entirety in Section 1.01 of the Senior Indenture:

Usage and Definitions Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement are defined in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of , 20 , among Ford Credit Auto Owner Trust 20 - , as Issuer, Ford Credit Auto Receivables Two LLC, as Depositor, and Ford Motor Credit Company LLC, as Servicer. Appendix A also contains usage rules that apply to this Agreement. Appendix A is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
