Lease to Federal Government. During time of war or national emergency, City shall have the right to lease the landing area or any part thereof the leased premises to the United States Government for military use and if any such lease is executed, the provisions of this Agreement insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the Government, shall be suspended but such suspension shall not extend the term of this Agreement, without written approval by the City.
