Common use of Leased Assets Clause in Contracts

Leased Assets. To the extent any of the items of office equipment listed in Section 2.4(a) above are leased and not owned, Seller, Southeast and the Partnership shall use their best efforts to cause such leases to be assigned to Buyer at Closing.
