Common use of Leased Land; Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Leased Land; Lease Term. Lessor has leased to Xxxxxx and Lessee has leased from Lessor, for a term of 99 years, unless terminated sooner or extended in accordance with the provisions of the Ground Lease, the following-described real Leased Premises located in Teton County, Wyoming: Lot of Schwabacher Xxxxxxx Subdivision in Teton County, Wyoming, according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Teton County Clerk on as Plat No. . PIN: (insert #) (the “Leased Land”) Any and all buildings, structures, fixtures and other improvements purchased by the Lessee or constructed or placed by the Lessee upon any part of the Leased Land at any time during the term of the Lease (the “Residential Unit”) shall be and remain the Leased Premises of the Lessee. Title to such Residential Unit and fixtures shall vest in the Lessee, and to the extent that any such Residential Unit and fixtures are owned by Lessor are hereby conveyed and warranted by Lessor to Lessee subject to the terms of the Ground Lease. The Lessee is simultaneously purchasing the Residential Unit now located on the Leased Land. Collectively the Leased Land and the Residential Unit herein described shall be described as the “Leased Premises”.
