Leasehold Area Sample Clauses

The Leasehold Area clause defines the specific portion of property that the tenant is entitled to occupy under the lease agreement. It typically details the boundaries, size, and sometimes the location of the leased premises within a larger building or complex, often referencing floor plans or measurements for clarity. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the exact space being leased, thereby preventing disputes over usage rights and responsibilities.
