Leasehold Mortgagee Need Not Cure Specified Defaults. Nothing herein contained shall require any Leasehold Mortgagee or its designee as a condition to the exercise of its rights hereunder to cure any default of Tenant not reasonably susceptible of being cured by such Leasehold Mortgagee or its designee.
