Common use of Leasehold Mortgagee Rights Clause in Contracts

Leasehold Mortgagee Rights. Nothing contained in this ARTICLE XXV shall limit or impair any rights of the Leasehold Mortgagee under ARTICLE XXII, including, without limitation, any such rights to obtain a Leasehold Mortgage upon less than all of the Leased Properties and, in the circumstances referenced in Section 22.7, to obtain a Separate Lease as to less than all of the Leased Properties.
