Common use of Leases and Leased Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Leases and Leased Vehicles. The parties allocate the Leases and Leased Vehicles listed on Schedule A to a Reference Pool designated as the “20 - Reference Pool”. References in this Supplement or in any other Transaction Document to “Leases” and “Leased Vehicles” will be to the Leases and Leased Vehicles, respectively, then allocated to the 20 - Reference Pool, unless the context otherwise requires.
