Common use of Leases and Mortgages Clause in Contracts

Leases and Mortgages. Pay all rent or other sums required by any lease or mortgage to which it is a party as the same becomes due and payable, duly perform and comply with all of its other obligations as tenant or mortgagor thereunder, except to the extent that any such obligation is the subject of a good faith dispute and adequate reserves have been set aside therefor, and keep all such leases in full force and effect, except to the extent the absence or loss of such lease would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
